Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of abovefitness.co.uk and to every order you place with Above Fitness ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. About us

Above Fitness supplies premium gym equipment to home gyms, personal training studios and commercial fitness spaces in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at abovefitness.info@gmail.com.

2. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels shown on the site ("In Stock", "Limited Availability", "Out of Stock") are kept as accurate as possible, but availability is confirmed only when we accept your order. Product photographs, descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations in finish, colour or specification may occur as manufacturers update their models.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is charged at a flat fee of £150 per order; pick-up is free of charge. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

4. Orders

When you complete checkout you will receive an order number in the format AF-1001 and a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; a contract is formed when we confirm the order is accepted and available. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Two payment options are available at checkout:

  • Pay in full - the total order value, including any delivery charge, is paid online at checkout.
  • Pay a deposit - a £100 deposit is paid online to reserve your equipment, with the remaining balance payable in person on delivery or collection.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where a balance remains, your equipment will only be released once the full amount has been paid. Deposits are applied to the order total and are refundable in line with your cancellation rights below. Purchases and checkout may occasionally be disabled on the site for maintenance; where that is the case a notice is shown and no orders can be placed.

6. Delivery and pick-up

After your order is placed we will contact you to arrange a delivery or collection date. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses; please tell us in advance about access restrictions, stairs, narrow doorways or parking limitations, as failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information may incur a further charge. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer buying online you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods, unless the item has been assembled, used or made to order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible, and you are responsible for return transport costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us before returning anything so we can arrange it. Our Returns Policy sets out the full process.

8. Faulty goods and warranty

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Manufacturer warranties, where provided, apply in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Warranties do not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect assembly or commercial use of equipment intended for home use.

9. Safe use of equipment

Gym equipment must be assembled, installed and used in line with the manufacturer's instructions. Please consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training programme. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from incorrect assembly, unsuitable flooring or use contrary to the manufacturer's guidance.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You may edit your details or request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

11. Website content

The content of this website, including text, logos, product photography and design, belongs to Above Fitness or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. This site is provided as-is; we aim to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or business interruption.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to your purchase.
